Quest: The Lady of Blood. Gwendis dialogue completely wrong.

About 3-4 times throughout the quest The Lady of Blood, Gwendis has spoken dialogue that doesn't match the written text, and some of the spoken lines make no sense for when she says them.

I didn't note them all but one I remember was something like:
Audio: Go and find that lever to open the cages *etc*
Text: Look at these people... their eyes... their skin.... *etc*
I think this was just after hearing the Nord in the cage say he knew what happened to Adusa (which I didn't hear, I only saw the subtitle and read that.)

The one I have noted is:
Audio: A laboratory eh? Fair enough, our informant will be alright, or he won't. We gave him a fighting chance, what he does now is up to him. Let's go.
Text: I'm glad to see you made it out of that place in one piece. I had to carry Adusa half the way. After everything she's just been through, she needs her rest. And a meal.
This was after leaving the keep and meeting Gwendis at the camp where Adusa is lying

Same here with the non-mathcing dialogue on 6/6/2020. And the cage she is standing next to is empty for me. She is making references to a Nord prisoner, but he isn't here and I didn't hear any dialogue from him.

I'll be honest I didn't read any of the books, I thought they just found a fake book switch/lever type thing that opened the fireplace passage, after I ran round activating every single bookshelf because that's what I usually do to fill up my Lore Library.

I must have hit the book case with the switch five times, there is no pattern I can find

This quest needs a seriouse overhaul

Actually it absolutely refers to something in the library. You appear to have not been paying attention to the subject matter of the different bookcases. The exact wording isn't used (which is probably why the note that includes the password says "Call this simple phrase to mind when looking for the door: "We shall rise again."
I trust you can infer the rest on your own."), but the subject matter makes it very obvious what you need to interact with.
Mind you, if you can't interact with it, that's a bug.

Nope, does not work, won’t open

Also that book case has two E buttons, one as a bookcase and one as a named book

How does stuff this bad get through testing, surely running the quest once yourself would bring this stuff up

I actually did that quest last night. The passphrase part seemed unintuitive to me because all you do is read books, rather than speak the said passphrase. But after trying 5-6 different bookcases (they will have quest markers above them, new bookcases being highlighted as you try them one after another), I eventually got the correct one, and was able to enter the secret passage, and continue on the quest.

I'm having problems with the quest pointers just dending e in an endless circular route. I go along the bridge and it points me to a sewer-type of grille - I go through there and the pointer is back on the bridge again. Round and round until I get dizzy.

The same stands for me. The quest asks you to " find a way into the greymoor keep" - I get into the inner yard via the sewer hole, then the options are pretty ... limited inside. Some side door, and the main door - fact is whichever door I try I get the " cannot enter right now" message . Also the quest pointers do not update. Although I passed into the inner yard via the sewer hole - the arrow remains stuck on that sewer door. So I am not even sure if I am supposed to use that side door ( or even main for that matter) to go on or must search further up. I did see players entering though.

Updated with images - 1st shot - the sewer door - as seen from the inner yard
2nd shot - player happening right in front of me - and entering
3rd shot - my incapacity of doing the same.
Conclusion - I am either stupid and forgot to do something before a potential entrance (can't say that the quest offers any hints though if that is the case) or this quest is bugged. I checked, there are but 2 doors - this side door (I am in front of) and the main door.

And yes - I am stupid - left from main way - apologies for so many explanations . That sewer door into the inner yard is on the right. Still don't find it ok that the quest points on it since it only updates from the left side - but ... at least it's not bugged!

Im in the find an entrance loop. I already completed the main quest line before picking this one up. I cant find an entrance that will let me in and the flags are all wrong.

I died to the lava on the left side of the central bridge. now my quest flags are corrected.

I couldn’t even interact with the bookcases despite the floating arrows above them after reading the note.

Just gonna leave this case number here. (Even though a fix is being worked on by the team.)

For XBox, to get past the library you need to face the bookcase in 1st person and faint.
Make sure your right up against the bookcase

It's more like standing really close to back corner of the bookcase, where you are able to faint in a way you are appearing between the wall and bookcase. The Examine will appear, if you did it correctly. It is like a quick appearance.
