BisDasBlutGefriert✭✭✭✭✭OP, you're definitely right there. I may be wrong, but from my understanding, what they were doing is taking out some of the jazzy odd procs, and making them more streamlined for easier server calculations to help performance just slightly.
That said, a nerf is still a nerf. Like In the two examples they gave immediately after the part you quoted.~There’s a positive in every negative. Sometimes the positive is harder to find than other times, but there is ALWAYS one there~0 -

✭✭✭✭I'd say it's more like a raffle than a lottery; the more of something you see, the greater the likelihood it gets nerfed, just like in a raffle the more tickets you have, the greater chance of winning.Flawless vMA and vDSA weapons

Malubeth gives major vitality not protection, I see it a lot but TBH its range is so small I can simply walk away from it.I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.0 -

Too accurate, like when everyone started to moving all tanky and self-sustain builds to bloodspawn and even though it was available for the last 5 years then it gets big nerfed.

True my bad, althoug i remember templar had major protection and the brp daggers. Brp resto had major vitality i think. Slowly all these things disappear when the new classes are coming with all these things built in their class kit lol0 -
