Broken Crown Crate codes

I have received two emails with codes for crates following last night's Twitch presentation - but I've logged in and both have been rejected.
Huh?! So I have two codes which don't work for crates and no email at all with the code for the free pet. Not impressed!

Do your emails say that you've successfully redeemed a code? Check, maybe you already have the crates.

You don't redeem the codes. The emails are simply a confirmation that you received twitch crates. They should've been added to your account automatically. Confusing, I know.

I havent gotten the pet or the crates and I have both checked and ready to go

The pet will go out during July, so they still have a good three weeks to send it to you.
