What are the better traits for gear?

While I know this is some what subjective, I want to know which traits scale the best for gear thru the upgrade process. Like say blue gear to gold or what scales the enchantments the best? For weapons should I go with more charges or better enchantment effect? The character this will be for is Dragonknight tank using one hand and shield with a bow. I know during the leveling process this might not matter much but what about end game?

Nobody can say yet for end game since it isn't released yet, but there are plenty theorycrafting it already. For VR dungeons, pretty much use Impenetrable on your armor, we don't know yet what the "uncrittable" value is so better safe than sorry. With any decent build you'll probably be overcharged in Health/Armor/Resists with even greens so Impenetrable is certainly a good choice. For the weapons I'd say Infused (especially if you have a life steal enchant).

I don't have any specific knowledge of what Trait will scale better than others, but most seem to add 1 or 2% per improvement. Hope this helped.

For armor go with divine. why?? cuz it amplifies the mundus stone effect. AND you can change mundus whenever you want so think of it like changing traits whenever you want. cool ha??
Hota'h, Dual-wield/bow full medium armor NB Khajiit from day 1.

Right now my tank has divine everywhere combined with lord .
BUT: Depending on how strong epic/legendary enchantments will be, infused could be better for tanking.
I dont mind my health/armor beeing overcharged as long it´s not "too much".

Does someone know a page with all enchantments and their exact numbers?
I would like to be sure as right now it´s more guessing then knowing.

Divines is GREAT, but not for tanks. There is no stone that reduces the chance of being critically hit and you will NEED that for Veteran content. As I said, with a decent build and even Green level gear (at level) you will be Armor/Resist/Health overcharged so adding even more armor is a wasted stat. Adding more Health doesn't hurt but once you're into DR (Overcharged) it's value is seriously nerfed. Infused is also a nice Trait except as I said you will be overcharged anyway on the 3 basic tanking stats.

Tank Armor = Impenetrable 100% (until we know the uncritable values)
Tank Weapons = Infused (with the life steal or shield enchant)
Tank Mudus Stone = Lord/Tower/Lover (if it isn't actually just +resists)/Steed

'Glyph of Absorb Health' - Does X unresistable damage to target and recovers X health. The other obvious tanking weapon option is 'Glyph of Hardening' - Grants X damage shield for X seconds. For either of those weapon enchants, 'Infused' would be a superior Trait so it would increase the actual life stolen or shield value. Both of those are on damage (no ICD) so Powered wouldn't help.

I like Divines, Impenetrable, Infused and Reinforced for armor, depending on your role, and Precise, Infused, Defending, Sharpened and Weighted depending on both your role and the type of the weapon.
For example, I would use Weighted on a Great Sword or Battle Axe because their heavy attacks are too slow, and attacking faster can save your life.
It is just my humble opinion though.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.
