IDK what Grahtwood is sorry. But alternatively, if you zoom out on a map and use 'F' you can set a marker there. If you stay on the roads on your way to the marker, you're unlikely to run into any enemies, and any strays you see should be easy to get around.
They made reaching the main cities pretty safe from what I've seen.
Grahtwood is an island -- Can't get there until you get the level 15 fighter's/mage guild quests and then have to deal with the beginning quests there in order to get to Elden Root.
If you are in a guild, @Lilysonfire you can always travel to any player who is there.
You can take a boat from Skywatch to Grahtwood as soon as you get to Auridon, lvl doesn't matter. Took my lvl 8 there earlier. Then it's just a short trot NW to Elder Root where the respec shrines are.
I'm pretty sure you can get to Grahtwood without finishing the Auridon main line just by talking to an NPC on the docks in Skywatch - because I remember talking to them way early and thinking, "oh, no, I don't want to do that yet!"
EDIT: beaten to same observation. oh well! additional evidence.
