2-3 minute load times transiting shrines, exiting keeps, or randomly while traversing map in Cyrodiil. Revenue should be enough to fix, yes?

now what should happen is , make an addon that adds up all the seconds / minutes of load screens each year , and then you will truly know how much of your life was wasted lookin at a screen . waitiing
