Forum missing maintenance announcement box

Not sure if you're aware of it, but the maintenance announcement box on the top only displayed on the main forum page (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/) and its is not visible on the thematic groups (like https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/post/discussion/general-discussion and such)
Could we get them back on the general discussion and other group pages please as that's what most people actually looking at.

Unless I am overlooking something, I am also missing what will be patched and why on a Tuesday? Patchday is still Monday according to the last announcement on this.. Can't find anything..When Alyennnah is not here, she's probably crafting. Quite possibly at Alyennah's Crafting in Wayrest. Or maybe she's out there, looking for new materials, recipes and styles to use in crafting. She wants to craft all the things.0 -

It's not a patch maintenance tomorrow. Just a regular maintenance. The announcement is on the main forum index page:

✭✭✭✭✭A temporary workaround is to go to the "Categories" selection of the forums. I can see the banner there but now elsewhere. It seems the contractors that manage the forum messed up with the coding of most of the pages in a manner that affects multiple browsers.

I guess they're foreseeing serious issues as a regular, non-patch, maintenance is set to take eight (8!) hours. Either that or they're completely moving servers.0 -

It’s also strange because usually the maintenance happens after the last event daily reset tick - signalling patching out The Impressario, XP buffs, etc. - but if the (new) event end time is true, we are getting maintenance during the event for the first time, IIRC. I am suspicious due to the 3 Event End Time errors we have seen already...

No idea what there is to be suspicious about, really. They have a massive maintenance scheduled the would eclipse the end of the event. For some reason, they can't move the maintenance. They have received complaints in the past about doing maintenance on the day that the event ends, so they extended the event.0 -

Presumably because they were putting up so many red banners that forum visitors suddenly became aware the game has issues.
I’d like it back please because it is genuinely useful.
