Does the Charged trait work multiplicatively or additively with Destro passive for proccing status effects?
Enchant chance is 20%. Destro will double it to 40%. And Charged (without Destro) will triple it to 60% (a little bit more i know but assume 200% for easy calc).
When combining those two will it be 80% (additive) or 120% (multiplicatively)?

✭✭✭Additive. I tested it a while ago with the Dragonknight Combustion passive and it returned the magicka I would expect from additive numbers
So 80% using your numbers (legendary Charged is +220% chance instead of +200%)PC-NA
