Returning to ESO: what do I need to know?

Hi guys!
I was not able to play ESO for some time. What do I need to know? What I do know is new Antiquities system (I even tried initial quest on PTS). Any essential changes? Any new hardships? Mainly interested in PVE. Thank you in advance!

    Depends on how long is "some time". For me most important stuff this patch regarding combat was that MA and DSA now grant weapons on normal, and veteran grants slightly better versions (which caused thousands tons of salt). But I'm a potato. I'd suggest reading patch notes

    If you're on us then you are good to go. If you are from EU then go us, cus the EU servers are often down and not working.
