Necromancer Totem stuns outside the indicated warning area
A number of times I've stood outside of the red zone and was still CC'd by the totem. Please either fix the warning visuals or stop it from stunning outside the red.
If I had to bet I'd say it has to do with positional desynchs. ESO is really bad at that. Basically on your screen you're outside the red, but on the enemy's screen you're inside it. The server thinks you're still inside it, so you get hit with the fear. Or graveyard, or smash ult, or whatever. There's likely no real fix to it. Then again I'm not a coder and know nothing of software engineering, so it's possible I'm wrong about this.
Just to give you an example though of how bad the positioning can be, I usually play ESO with my husband, in the same room, right next to each other. We'll be in Cyrodiil running somewhere, and on my screen I'm in front of him, but on his screen I'm still a decent distance behind him. This isn't a rare occurrence either, but something that happens literally every time we move, well, basically anywhere.
Everything works outside of the intended area... Everything is desynced and delayed since u25. Try in cyrodill throwing down a turn evil and walking into the circle and see how long it takes the buffs to apply and the same when you step out. Watch something like a blast ones explode 5 metres behind the opponent... Leap throw you into the air sometimes 10 secs after it occurred.
They did something when moving calculations server side or reducing the client size. They haven't yet figured out what they have done or really acknowledged what happened.
