So, many were hoping this house (Bastion Sanguinaris) would be available at launch of Greymoor, but it was not nor during June at all.
Now we have the July Showcase and it is not there either. Does that mean it's completely ruled out this month, even though we are getting that furniture pack mid month?
While we are spending much more time in those areas, it would make more sense to release it than when it's close to releasing a new area.

✭@ThisOnePosts Typically the large homes don’t get released till 2 months after the update. My assumption is that they’re costly and providing the gap allows players to save up for the limited time home.0 -

It depends, sometimes they do sometimes they don't. But some clear communication would be more welcomed than silence.0 -

They've never had clear communication of when houses will become available/return back outside of the monthly Showcases or during anniversary events. At least to my knowledge.
I don't necessary agree with that fact as I feel they would have more buyers if they gave people a better headsup than 10-15 days but that's me.1 -

Yeah, they aren't that clear but they have been on a few occasions. Hence, why I made this thread -- to ask for some clarification.
