    Lul. Thrassian strangler isnt a pvp set.

    Even tho shields stay untouched this patch, while healing has been reduced alot.

    @PeterUnlustig
    I assure you, it is most definitely a PVP set. It's not for the faint of heart, but from what I can tell, lots of people are running it by now. I have been running it for almost the entire event.

    OP does bring up a good point. Even in PVE, a class like Mageblade or Magplar can handle Thrassian much better than say a class like sorc. The first two have passive heals (class spammables) that scale of spell damage. A mag sorcs class passive heal (crit surge) does not. Their defense of shields also feels the nerf.

    Using VMA as a reference. Without Thrassian, magsorc is much easier than mageblade for a fast flawless run. With Thrassian, the opposite is true.

    Sorc kinda got a PVE shaft this patch to be honest. Their heals dont scale with spell damage AND the new vamp spammable does not proc their class DPS skill (Frags).

    Shields have already been nerfed over and over and over. Believe it or not, 18K Hardened Wards used to be quite common in PvP. Now you're lucky if your Ward cracks 11K. Healing has never been nerfed anywhere that much.

    Also i strongly doubt that a full stack of strangler with a whooping 40% healing reduction is nullified by the 3k spd/wd on most builds. Unless you start with 0 wd/sd

    what? a 3K SPD is enough to almost double tool tips considering most magic players in PvP run with somewhere between 3-4K fully buffed without it.
