For each event you need 20 tickets, 10 for a feather and 10 for a berry. The maximum amount of tickets you can get is usually about 24 (22 if you can't get the last day).

The current event is kinda 2 events at once with 2 berries at once but also double the tickets (2 per day in Cyro and 2 in IC) so you would need 40 tickets in total.
The event runs for 13 days. If you can play every day it's 52 tickets, 48 if you miss the last day. So yes, it's enough for the Indrik even if you miss a few days.

Back when I really wanted to make sure I got the indriks I kept a chart on a piece of paper to track the feathers and berries I needed for each one and the tickets to get them, and at the start of each event I'd work out how many tickets I'd be able to get and make sure it worked out, because it is confusing just looking at the announcement.

Of course each events always gave enough tickets to cover at least a feather and a berry (or more, like when the luminous berries were only available during the anniversary events, so that gave out a lot more tickets) but the tricky part for me is I'd often have to miss at least a few days due to being away and I always tried to make sure I had 10 tickets at the end of the event (or as close as I could get) because I never knew when the next event would be or if I'd be able to play. There was a very real chance I'd only be able to log in long enough to buy something and wouldn't be able to get any new tickets so I wanted to make sure I didn't miss the berry.

It probably sounds more complicated than it is. I basically just wrote:

I have spent tickets on other items, but I have also bought tickets from the crown store, so I am not sure exactly whether they even gave us enough tickets for everything or not. I am usually pretty good about making sure I can complete the Indrik. This time, I am not. At this point, I still need 3 feathers and there are only 6 days left in the event. Did I just get a little too carried away buying furnishing items on a previous event, or have they jipped us on tickets this time around?

What you need to keep in mind is that the feathers will be back the next event. I'm sure of that because I've seen there's at least one more Indrik in store for us. If you look at the collections tab you'll see some Indrik starting with "Moss..." (can't really remember right now), which we've definitely not seen yet, so the feathers will be available for a few more events after this, meaning you'll be able to complete the Indrik then, so long as you have all the required berries.
Of course that means that the feathers you'll collect then wouldn't count for the next Indrik, if you'd be inclined to get that one as well (if you're an obsessive collector like me you might want to ), but I'm actually pretty convinced that the Indriks will be around until the end of the year, where last time we had a loooong event with lots of tickets to get, which was a great chance to catch up. I managed to get an entire Indrik that I had previously missed out of it, so... maybe we'll have an opportunity like that again at some point? Would be nice.
