Can no longer interact with the bookshelf to open the laboratory secret passage. Was fine before patch but alas, no more. Xbox EU.

I too have the same issue with the quest. I have logged out and waited, still no go. I have deleted the quest and tried it again, and guess what still a no go.

As of 7/6/2020 for XBox, if you face the bookcase in first person,
then goto menu > social > emotes > poses and figets > faint , the book will appear.

I pestered Zen about this for a week solid and finally got a response that it will be fixed in the next patch., they said. There were some work arounds in a reddit thread, they didn't work for me.
