Second a Legion Arm Crops Aren’t Attached To Anything

So, I just noticed the Second Legion Arm Crops don’t attach to any chest pieces. They just hover over your character. It looks ridiculous. This is not the only armor piece that does this but wow this is a contender.
Any chance ZOS will fix these armors to actually look like they are on the character?
