Hey does anyone know how to fix this quest bug? the leaders arent spawning to talk. it's stopping main story progression.

    Ok i had this problem for two weeks i finally fixed it you need to abandon every quest u have completely except the ones u can not abandon that should fix it.
    For I am and Always Was.. The Infinite Soul Of Space.
