Imperial City - Very Long Loading Screens for Event

At first, I had my graphics set to medium. I downgraded to minimum graphics and I still have excessively long loading screens in excess of 2 to 5 minutes between each sub zone.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have i7, 16gb ram, and 2 HHD.

i7 ~ 10%. GPU ~20% HHD <5%

All addons are disabled, and graphics are at minimum. Still an issue.

FYI, I'm seeing a slightly different version, possibly of the same issue. When I'm in the IC base (EP), and trying to use a ladder to go up to one of the city sectors, I get a failure message "You are already queued for this campaign, instance is full" (something like that), and I'm back at the bottom of the ladder. Sometimes I get a loadscreen first for a second or so before being bumped back. Usually I just have to keep trying, waiting at least 2 seconds between each attempt; the transfer to the upper city will eventually work (may take 4 or more attempts). (PC/NA) The issue also happens sometimes trying to go down to the base from an upper city safe area, but very rarely.

@RT01100111 were you solo or in a group when experiencing the long IC load screens, and how full was the IC campaign population at the time? Cyrodiil loadscreen and joining campaign issues used to be much worse if you were in a large group (a while ago; now it's just weird all the time).

@Pyr0xyrecuprotite usually running a group of 12 to 24 members. I think I may have found a work around that has worked three times so far but is not ideal. You have to force close the game (if in windowed mode). Wait for server log off. Then relog into the game. The load screens are like instant fast for a while, at least.

But, yesterday during prime time I did see those errors you are talking about. I didn't make a ticket or look in forums yet.
