My account got banned

My account got banned on the game and i'm suspended on the site without warning or any reason?? Just as soon as the infinite loading screen is patched for me, this happens. I spent so much time and money into this game only to get treated like this back?

I'm not even able to do that, when I try to log in it says "You have been suspended from the site." This is BS

As I recall, you need to use the account recovery option. (which is the link that redgreensunset posted)

Hi @kryxenz, in order to appeal a ban, as stated above, open a support ticket here. You do not need to be logged in to submit an account recovery support ticket.
