Where do the furnishing plans for display cases drop ?

I looked online but can't find where the large display case plans and ones like it drop havent had any luck on my farming route help please

✭✭The glass ones? Summerset. The Shimmerene monastery is the farm spot there, with lots of yummy containers to open.PC-NA
