random load screens in cyro porting me.

So idk what's going on. I was in blackreach cyro just screwing around since ad had the least amount of ppl, so i thought id get plenty of fights....
I get a random loading screen. sent back to the east elswyr gate, and the keep resource at alessia i was taking, is now fully under control of ad keep included....
am i getting kicked into a different instance by zos.... what the hell is going on?

✭I am getting this as well on XBOX NA. When I choose a keep as a revive location after dying, there is an extra long load screen, then I appear at base. Also happens after getting stuck in a delve unable to "jump to that location" because I am "already queued for that campaign" (which happens A LOT this event) - when I am finally able to click to leave, I get a long load screen, and then appear at base instead of outside the delve.
