So I've been opted out of marketing emails for some time now, as shown in the screenshot below, however I'm still getting marketing emails (such as the "Explore the Dark Heart of Skyrim in ESO: Greymoor" as well as today's "Face Off In Cyrodiil During Midyear PvP Event").

Anybody else encountering this issue?
