Getting kicked from Cyrodiil for spamming wall repairs, priceless

It's not bad enough that ZOS let's this stupid kick from the game persist without fixing it. I just spent 1 1/2 hours getting into the queue for Gray Host NA PC server. Then was kicked out to Stonefalls for spamming wall repairs. And another 150 queue awaits. No thanks. Keep it for tonight ZOS. Expletives self-censored.

Did the kick message say you were kicked specifically for wall repairs?
I've seen several people in PCNA campaigns running around just doing walls and of course after a keep is taken people will fix doors. So it seems like a very odd kick condition.

Why is wall repair even possible? Is it just damage from fights, like door damage, or is there some other mechanic too?

Your APM was too high for the server 🤣
    Sorry couldn't help it.
I sympathize, its happened to me countless times, get through a large queue only to be booted.

It's the same mechanic, you have to break either doors or postern walls (or both) to be able to get into a keep and capture it. Repairing the walls has the same function as repairing doors, ie it gives AP and prevents any opposing Alliances from just waltzing in and taking the keep themselves.

Sorry, the actual message that is given is something like "removed from the server for spamming". If you press the key to effect the wall repair too quickly, the game thinks you are spamming something.

Why would you be even pressing the key "too quickly"? It's a channel. You press it ONE TIME and let the channel finish.
Honestly it's starting to seem like you made up a reason to bash ZOS.
Jumping to conclusions isn't going to help ZOS figure out what happened. It might just lead them on a time-wasting wild goose chase.

Just curious, how fast were you spamming the repair key? I repaired multiple walls and doors yesterday and didn't get kicked. But I also never spam it since it doesn't make you repair faster.

I spam repair all the time and it makes repairing process more tolerable. Watching a slow repair process vs clicking button to feel like it is happening faster? Answer is clear.

ZoS's servers are patato and you are defending ZoS by telling people how to play their game. There is no goose to chase, todays servers cant handle a player that always spammed repair kit button.

just dont use a makros that spams the button 100x times each second. do it manually ^^

I have some storage-only chars which i bring up to 25k each campain with repairing only during lowpop. never got kicked for it... and it's quite a bit of repairing.

That is why if the button doesn't work the first time wait a few seconds before mashing it again or all the button presses will queue up then be processed at once and look like message spam to the server.
So stop spamming so fast in laggy conditions.
