All Greymoor Keep Quests are bugged for me?

Both the quests Lady of Blood and the Main quest Greymoor Rising have progression blocked.
On Lady of Blood I can not get past the library. I can interact with bookcase but no path forward reveals itself.
On Greymoor Rising I meet up with everyone at the Castle Dour courtyard but I am unable to exit the doors and the dialogue keeps repeating.
Anyone have workarounds to these two quests? I’ve tried logging out and logging back in and resetting instances and no dice.
This is on PS4 NA btw.

✭✭✭✭✭I had something similar on PC. Just logging out did not fix it, I needed to restart the launcher to get it to work.0
