I have been stuck for three days now, I reset the quest three times, and I thought doing a guide would work. So I go to the Skulls location... doesn't even work. So apparently without the torchbug you can't even get the skulls if you know their location.
Someone said something about a flute but I think they were just trolling, because I was never given a flute. When he put me on this part of the quest there is no torchbug whatsoever in sight.
