V1 Stonefalls Issue

So I am unable to get Stonefalls after completing the main quest. During the loading the game froze up. I closed out of the game and logged back in. Once I logged back in I was stuck in the Harborage and cannot get over to Stonefalls to start the V1 zone. Anyone have any idea on how I can get back to the zone? I have talked with Cadwell and cannot transport over and the Light of Meridia is unclickable.

    you should have a quest that cadwell gives, try abandoning that quest and see if he won't give it again.

    You could also check if you got a wayshrine there, try teleporting into fungal grotto (regular/veteran) and leaving or just ask someone who can get there to group so you can teleport to them.

    Well I logged in this morning and was able to get over to Stonefalls to start the V1 zone.
