So I'm not entirely sure if it's a bug or not I don't exactly remember the texture very well but it seems this might have been subject to a mixup.
Here is the banner shown on ESO Fashion.
Now here is the banner when I place it down.
It just seems oddly pixelated but I could be wrong. Thanks!
