That's been a very common experience for me for a long while. Also getting sunned repeatedly. Break free and immunity have been wonky for a few years(at least on ps4).

Don’t worry, things are also broken in endgame PvE.

I’ve been running Kyne’s Aegis a lot on PS4. Whenever I do the vet hard mode fights, I get a new bug in Greymoor where my entire in-game sound gets turned off. This occurs for most of my raid team at the same time. Since sound is actually pretty important in this trial, it tends to cause the group to wipe at some point. And the only fix is to close application.

I wonder if ZOS will acknowledge this.

On PCEu even bgs are laggy as hell.
It so much fun smashing vigor 5 times, just to get cfragged through dodgeroll, while my vigor apparently never went off and the server doesn't consider me dodging.
Performance patch btw.

since some dino's game was free

*+40 days of ESO+ remains but i dont feel i want to even do it to myself...
*giving skyrim for free... taking it ... and leaving cyro *** up as it was...
*burden of all action is now on servers shoulders...
*mine rtx... i9... and 11 FPS... rly not worthly
*120+ ping on mine 1gb/s

i hosted server in that dino game... and i could handle +30 players ... with 20-30 ping

a home pc... how many ppl plays in cyrodiil? 300?

and "megaserver" cant handle 300?

maybe its time to rebrand and sell hotdogs?

I got javelined off an edge and fossilized before I hit the ground. Funny thing is, I should have been able to break free but it completely drained my stamina and I was still fossilized. And then I got killed.

PVP PC EU on the weekend is unplayable too. Really hard to even hit someone..it's ridiculous (crescent sweep doesn't fire...jabs - no animation)...So healing isn't going to work either.

This is how Zos keeps it casual only. I am starting to consider just maybe Zos is trying to remove veteran players altogether. Why else would it just continue to get worse and absolutely no response from the devs. Looks like a duck and all...lol

Same here... breaking free for good. Check this out since what 9 months ago i have purchased Anthem serious lack of content but a ton of fun, btw Todd it does just work lol, No Man's Sky great game here, Red Dead 2 it's ok, finished Warframe also for a free to play makes ESO look even more terrible lol, Far Cry 5 this one is fun, against my better judgment wastelanders fallout 76 still better than eso but it's bethesda's you already know, Deus Ex mankind divided awesome game, anyways just goes to show all that crown crate money i would have spent in eso should it have have been a functional product and also quit destroying tanks and healers this is where I would have been. Lol now it's not even on my harddrive because at this point it's at least 3 months till something changes worth mentioning. Zos is a real piece of work.

TRue reason why tanky builds with burst damage became the meta...we fighting the server first...than the players...
I made a build that used roll dodge and break free ...then i realized it was dumb.

And by fixed it I mean they removed that sound altogether.

Same, which is a shame since it has so much potential to be a great MMO but when the same bugs and performance issues have been around for a year or more it's just not worth the frustration.

Break free? Try to use skill with cast time like NBs ult or... Bow. For some reason Assassin's Will when used stucks in casting animation for like 3-4s...

Or yesterday I was chased by a zerg during prime time, 3 roll dodges to tower and everything would be fine if I wouldn't explode 2s after hiding behind a corner.

Earlier in this fight I was fighting sorc on the walls, it was like a chess match. Skill - 2s delay during witch we are staring at each other, wondering should I compliment his outfit, then another skill, wondering why there is no birds in Cyro, oh my turn!

Break free and dodge is a mess to, but I got used to it

I was wondering as I sat there watching my potion in my quick slot. I'm not sure if you see that when not in use without addons, but it feels like it doesn't make noise anymore like you said, but grays out like you did and you have to watch a second to see if it really worked.
