I have a medium and heavy Lord Warden helms, but Alcast's build calls for light helm, medium shoulders.
But would light shoulders, medium helm be the same as medium shoulders, light helm as far as benefits?
No, it does not really matter but generally head, chest and legs are large pieces with shoulders waist, hands and feet being small pieces so you will have a little extra armor from a medium head vs. a light head. But just being real that small amount of extra armor is not going to make a difference 99.9% of the time so I wouldn't sweat it if you only have a light head piece over a medium head piece.
I did notice I went from 7 heavy with Chudan helm and shoulders to 5 1 1 with lord warden and my resistances dropped 33% from 30k to 20k.
Well a big chunk of that will be loosing your major resistance buffs. If you take off Chudan then you need to get that somewhere else. Those buffs are crucial.
