Music boxes not playing music in home

I have three music boxes in my Alinor Crest Townhouse and not one is actually playing any music whenever I activate it. Is this a known issue?, and has anyone else experienced this? The three music boxes I have are Dancing among the flowers fine, That breezy night in Bruma and In dreams and memories (One of the antiquity music boxes). It's really discouraging to continue searching for the other two antiquity music boxes if they're not going to actually work.

Aisleyne✭✭✭✭✭You may want to check your Audio Settings first to rule that out as a possibility. The music box songs are classified as "sound effects" if i'm not mistaken (someone please correct me if I'm wrong on the sub category). If you are a person who prefers to keep your sound effects turned down, you may not be able to hear them because they are too low.0 -

I had a look at that and my sound effects are turned up and still nothing
I was looking forward to listening to the In dreams and memories music box after farming it lol 0
