Does every aspect of pve scale to your level or only some?

Hello, I've been playing for about a month I think and I'm lvl 39 on my char. I am doing the daggerfall covenant storyline along with the fighters and mages guild storylines. Lately, I've been defeating story and quest bosses quite easily while struggling to kill certain mobs. I know for a fact I am not a good player and my gear is pretty nub, which leads me to ask: does everything in pve scale to your level or just some of it? I am currently in Rivenspire.

Your character is gonna lose a lot of stats between now and level 50 thru CP 160 because of the battle leveling. But once you reach CP 160 you can make/buy/farm max level gear. Keep doing your dailies and leveling your crafting it’ll be important later. If you have a guild ask them about exp potions when I was new a high level player gave me a big stack of exp potions for free.

Your character is being scaled to the content, not the other way around. It should cover all pve.

It depends on a few factors but main reason is, the higher level you are the less "buffed up" you become in regards to the content. You lose stats and damage.

Make sure to wear a level appropriate gear. Every 10 levels I would recommend an upgrade, so lvl 10-20 (gear lvl 10), lvl 20-30 (gear lvl 20) and so on.
