Dude, it took me 1 day to farm thrassians, could be down to rng a bit, but it's not a "grind".

Chains of Zenithar - Heavy Chest

Arkay’s Restoring Cowl - Light Hat

Your healing received is increased by 20% for 4 seconds anytime you take damage, Reduces your damage dealt by 80%.
Lost Sload Amulet - Necklace

Graces of the Night Mother - Chest
(1) Guards will no longer accost you while you have a bounty.
