I am unable to access Western Skyrim, it has now been 3 weeks.
Can somebody please help.
I have sent 2 tickets in game and replied to one of them, i am starting to get a little miffed as to why this has not yet been fixed.
@AussieStax Both opening a new ticket as well as updating a ticket by responding will put you back at the end of the queue. Definitely only respond if they've given an update/response from their side.
You can post your ticket numbers in this thread and @ZOS_BillE or @ZOS_Adrikoth may have a look to check if it's in the right place.
Make sure to have your proof of purchase for Greymoor ready as they will likely ask for it.
