Dig sites should have auditory or vibration clues

Even when I've maxed out Keen Eye: Dig Sites I will miss ones that are probably 5 feet in front of me because consoles take longer to pop in assets than PC.
It's the most needed skill but since it doesn't work right I'm left to scour the area 2 or 3 times before something that should have popped up 30 meters away finally decides to show.

I ask because I haven't had any problems with this at all. I also don't run around constantly spamming rapid maneuevers or anything, so... maybe that's it.0 -

Every zone. The blue smoke wont appear until I'm almost on top of the dig site. I might be able to make it out sometimes but a lot of the time its just nothing.2 -

✭✭✭Asking for things like auditory or vibration clues is why we get npcs like Stuga. People ask for neon lights and that is what we get. Too much in this game is already in your face or has a huge quest marker pointing to it.
At least have one thing that involves a little searching.0 -

Thats fine but then why did they give us skill points to use to help find dig sites and then not have them work.3 -

Hm. I'm on PS4 and I don't have any trouble with this at all. My Keen Eye: Dig Site skill is on level 2 and I can usually see the dig site sparkling from far away. Are you using the Augur to help you find it quicker and easier? Those two things combined usually make it pretty easy to find the correct spot, but even without the Keen Eye skill the Augur is very helpful. Although it still sucks if it doesn't work properly for you

✭✭✭✭✭I've never had a problem finding dig sites. I do, however, sometimes have a hard time telling what level of soil is under the obnoxious, swirly, vision obstructing green square glare. Holy Sithis.... talk about overkill!1
