They really do exist.
vBRP is hard stupidly so in some cases, but ultimately beatable provided you have a solid team, and that is where the key issue lays..if you missed the initial rush of people to storm it some year and a half ago then simply put, you are not going to be able to beat it due to the simple fact that without fail every single group that is willing to run vBRP is going to ask how many times you've done it before, and if you haven't done it at least once then they won't let you join in because you don't have experience and thus are going to make the run suck and if pressed on it they always respond with some variation of "ask another group" which in-turn ask what experience you have on it..which don't let you run it...which inturn tell you to ask another group..and it just repeats on and on and eventually leaves you with two options, Lie about it, get found out, yelled at and thrown out or buy a carry if you can find one, afford one are are a baked potato.

Lie about it the first time, and after that it becomes less of a lie the longer you can fool them. Eventually, you will fool them all the way to the final boss, beat that boss, then you don't have to lie anymore.

tl;dr Local Nord is angry about not being able to find team on PC-EU to clear vBRP for the first time and is trying to ask for your help on the matter.
Players with this type of selfish, arrogant attitude is part of the fake-tank fake-heal epidemic that ruins trust in the community and which has wrecked the group finder.Lie about it the first time, and after that it becomes less of a lie the longer you can fool them. And be even less likely to get into any team once he's exposed as a liar and a fake and probably suspected of just looking for a carry.and at he will wipe over and over again in the 4. arena until the other peoples notice that he lied ...
Guilds are more likely to do trials than arenas but ultimately this is probably the best course. It won't help much if you are for some reason in a hurry to farm the drops there though.Stop trying to pug vBRP and join a pve guild that helps less experienced members.

At least the OP is trying to be responsible and honest about their experience up front to save everyone time.

I did it for normal rather than veteran. Shouldn't be much different for veteran, but it may take some time. If you're honest in the opening statement, then the people who respond will know what they are getting into.
