FYI @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I am making light of it in the video but I seriously feel
1. That gap closers are causing position desync and rubber banding. Convinced of this now after taking toppling charge off the bar. I seriouslt wanted to run Rubberband Man by the Detroit Spinners just because of this but copyright claims suck
2. Notifications play some sort of part in tiny load screens. Not all of them but some.
3. Is bash/break free on GCD now? I'm watching the part where I cannot get abilities to go off and I see I am bashing and I am bashing because I am rooted but also not getting anything to go off makes me feel like I'm stunned, but I'm not. I'm just bashing air and it makes me wonder if it makes the situation worse.
4. I have no idea what's going on with that random pause then late object load. Was first character I logged in for the day to do writs but I had already accepted and crafted the jewelry writ by the time it happened. I often get an early issue like this where the game minimizes itself, then fine the rest of the time.
5. No idea why I could not swap bars or mount because the game thought I was in werewolf form, but yet I was able to sometimes use abilities on that bar that are not werewolf abilities and fire my bow.

✭✭✭✭✭I've done so much to try to make it better. This year alone, I have gotten a new computer, pulled cable, upgraded internet, mapped ports as in the ESO guide on my router. I've gone from 100-150 mbps actualy speed test connection, to 220 mbps, to now 420 mbps. Funny enough; sometimes I think its worse.0 -

Clearly you forgot to list your PC specs and disable your addons and run on the lowest graphics and contact you ISP and eat breakfast and slot purge and turn off foot step audio and disable all audio and wiggle your HDMI cable and say what server and say what console and tell us keyboard or controller and take your food buff off and type your name in guild search and limit you FPS to 30.
CLEARLY its you we can't be 100% sure other wise.1 -

This is not a PC issue. This is a game performance issue.

RT01100111✭✭✭If you do not have the right hardware, and not the correct settings, of course the came performance will appear less than desirable.
But until you provide some context, we are left in the dark and must assume you have an average or minimum spec computer.0 -

RT01100111✭✭✭@technohic that sucks. One thing I did, not sure if you tried yet, was I added a few of the ESO .exe files to whitelist for AV or firewall will not scan network or process activity. (Your choice though, has some pros and cons).0

✭✭✭✭✭Gap closers aren’t causing me any issues with rubber banding for sure (I think the desync is a ZOS server issue) and I use them constantly in Cyrodiil.
I did switch to one PvE toon, do crafting writs, head immediately to Western Skyrim to pick up the three dailies, and then waited until a harrowstorm came up. While traveling to that site, I was booted off the server, and when I got back on I was in the previous zone and had to pick up the dailies again. I asked in zone chat and at least another person was also dc’d and lost their dailies as well.
Not your typical rubber banding, but I hadn’t used a single skill yet.
