Recommendations on Improving my Parse Numbers.

winged_tortoise
I'm looking for recommendations to increase my parse numbers. What type of numbers should I be able to achieve with my specs? I currently parse less than 14,000 on a 6 Mil Dummy. Thanks for the help!!
Here are my specs:

I'm a 452 CP Stam DK and am following the ALTCast Dual Wield Stam DK Build:
https://alcasthq.com/eso-stamina-dragonknight-build-pve/#content10

Before I parse I am using Hagraven's Tonic to keep my sustain up. It gives me 604 Stamina Recovery. I could use Artaeum Take away Broth, but it's Stam Recovery is only 338 and I figure it won't help.

My weapons are gold quality. On my front bar I use:
1. Dagger of Hunding's Rage, Sharpened with a Poison Weapon Enchant
2. Axe if Hunding's Rage, Nirnhoned with a Poison Weapon Enchant

On my back bar I use:
Bow of Hunding's Rage, Infused with a Poison Weapon Enchant

Altcast recommends using Damage Health Poisons IX on the front bar weapons instead of enchants. I have tried that It doesn't make much difference. Altcast also recommends using a Weapon Damage Enchant on the Bow. I haven't switched over to it yet.

My armor is all Violet Quality and follows the ALTCast Model:
1. Head: Helmet of the Night Mother, Divine, Max Stamina Enchant (802 Stam)
2. Shoulder: Arm Cops of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
3. Chest (Heavy): Cuirass of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Health (882 Health) (Altcast now recommends a med chest w/ a Stamina Enchant)
4. Hands (Med): Bracers of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stan)
5. Waist (Med): Belt of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
6. Pants (Med): Guards of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Stamina (802 Stam)
7. Feet (Med): Boots of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
8. Neck: Necklace of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
9. Ring 1: Ring of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
10. Ring 2: Ring of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)

I follow ALTCast's Rotation:
Prebuff with: 3x Flames of Oblivion to proc Seething Fury (Molten Whip extra Weapon Damage)

Endless Hail > LA > Venomous Claw > LA > Flames of Oblivion > Weapon Swap

LA > Noxious Breath > LA > Barbed Trap > LA > 9x Stone Giant (with LA)

Restart

LA = Light Attack
Reapply Deadly Cloak on cooldown.
At 25% Use Whirling Blades instead of Stone Giant. If you want to keep Stone Giant Stagger up, use it after every 3rd Whirling Blade cast.

Switch mainhand to Nirn - off hand Sharp. (Replace dagger with another axe or sword)

Start doing dungeon runs and PuG Trials for a Monster Set 2x and 5xGear, eventually replace NMG and Agility. You are currently 4xNMG , 3x Agilty. Can keep the Hundings set.

Rotation - create one of your own, it really is to hard to follow a prebuilt rotation (I tried in the past). Stack Dots, ground effects and buffs on back bar with long timers, have spam-able on front bar, with short duration dots. Remember to LA in rotation.

Make the bow Infused x weapon damage.

    __________________________Backstories:_________________________

Ras Kalik the Vestige, a renown Redguard warrior; He has been blessed to save Tamriel from Molag Bal’s destructive Planemeld while reuniting the Five Companions. His further accomplishments after defeating Molag Bal, has been to stop the destruction of Morrowind, the Clockwork City, return order to the isle of Summerset and create a new king in Wrothgar and a queen in Elsywer. These events have made him a living legend and continue to lead him into new adventures throughout Tamriel, as well as into the hearts of many ladies including the Elf Queen, Aryenn. Over many years of adventurous travels, Ras Kalik had become a loner, until he re-visited his homeland of Alik'r.

Alik'r and it's cities were overrun by the undead Ra-Netu and therefore he made an allegiance with Alik'r's own Ash'abah tribe. These Ash'abah with his help, cleansed the city of Sentinel in Alik'r desert and it's surrounding areas of the undead brought to life by the Withered Hand. After rescuing Sentinel from the undead zombies, King Fahara’jad’s personal bodyguard the Goliath of Hammerfell, who was given this name by Imperials in the region; was asked to assist the tribe after learning of the defeat of the Withered Hand to the Ash'abah. Kalik promised Goliath he would task him with fighting living enemies on the battlefield if he so desired. Goliath being a Yokudan warrior wields a massive sword in respect to the Ansei, a gift given by the Imperial, Cinan Tharn. Not many soldiers are able to wield double two handed weapons, but Goliath loves to get up and personal in a fight, so he also carries a giant maul, both weapons laced with magical flames.

Jux Blackheart is a master thief that masquerades as a Bard at the Sisters of the Sands inn, with his younger sidekick Lucky Hunch for pilfering and gambling during this time. Jux was known to infiltrate any towns bank vault he came across and even delved into Ayelid ruins without detection. Kalik can vividly recall the night he met the famed thief. Jux found himself rummaging thru a slightly inebriated Kalik’s pocket for too long, on a full-mooned night and because of his greed and the glimmer of his golden armor in the moonlight. He lost his left pinky fingertip as a lesson! But in return, he gained a new friend, as it was his first time since a child being caught red-handed...

Upon arrival back in the Alik'r after many moons of adventuring, Ras Kalik ventures to Bergama. Visiting The Winking Jackal, he runs into Jux Blackheart, who introduces him to the coin game Crowns vs Forebearers (Heads vs Tails) and Golden Dwemer (RBG).... Jux constantly takes gold from the unfortunate thru theft or gambling, his biggest gambling victim is actually his partner in crime known as Lucky Hunch the Gambler. Lucky doesn't mind losing any gold coins to Jux... as Jux saved him from Altmer slavers in Summerset, by stealing a key and sending him on a boat to the mainland years prior. Lucky spent years in slavery with Khajiits in Summerset and picked up the art of subterfuge, using illusion magic disguises and stealing there.

Kaotik Von’Daemon an outcast, and a half-caste between a Breton mother and a Redguard father. Kaotik become a pariah due to his conjuration of Daedra pets. He was taught healing magic during his childhood years by his Breton mother. His father due to Redguard customs exiled him from the desert, sending him by wagon caravan to be a soldier in the war in Cyrodiil. He happened to meet Kalik while traveling from Alik'r, during this long caravan ride the caravan he was in was ambushed in Bangkorai by a group of bandits. Kalik by chance was also traveling thru this area on his Auridon Warhorse (which was bestowed to him by his friend, Darien Gautier). During this ambush, Kalik was able to rescue five hostages from the bandits. Kaotik was the first rescued, and Ras Kalik also recruited him to be in the Ash'abah tribe. These core Ash'abah tribesmen may never be seen together in travel as they partake in their own adventures but they always know what each other is doing; as they frequent a hideout in northern Bankorai. Their hideout an old Orc castle ruin, is kept watch by Nuzhimeh and she passes messages written between them, and frequently they also enjoy her company and her bed.

The other men rescued were a Dunmer banker, an Imperial mercenary and two other soldiers, an Imperial and a Breton Knight, stating proudly he was an Akavir descendent. One of the Imperials, Cinan, claimed to be related to Abnur Tharn the Battlemage of the Imperial Elder Council (One of Ras Kalik's mentors in the Five Companions). Cinan Tharn was really Abnur's drunkard treasure hunting illegitimate son. He was caught smuggling artifacts out of the Ayleid ruins in Cyrodiil and the elder of the two Imperials was Tyrus Septim a retired Imperial navy battle-mage (now a Lycan mercenary living in the city of Rimmen) and guard to the Tharn family. As much as Abnur Tharn hated his half-sister Euraxia, he dislikes his bas†ard son Cinan more. Tyrus now a ruffian and privateer had been paid by Abnur Tharn to watch over Cinan as much as possible. Cinan Tharn a drunkard, loves to drink at least a quarter barrel of Nord mead before he raids various delves and dungeons for relics to sell on the black market. Cinan also plans to one day, run an illegal gambling ring... which he thinks will net him more gold for his wares.

The Dunmer captive shackled to the Imperials looked familiar to Kalik from his time in Morrowind.... and he recognized him as Tythis Andromo a House Telvanni slave-owner and banker from Vvardenfell. During a rough interrogation to Tythis, Ras Kalik learnt why the bandits accosted him. The racist Dunmer was providing slaves as soldiers for the Three Banner War. The bandits were trying to negotiate a lucrative ransom for Andromo and the Imperials.... Kalik did not need any of this gold and he could never set Tythis free as he did with the two Imperial soldiers. His past involvement with slavery and war crimes, made Kalik's blood boil. He chose not to execute Tythis, as he figured the worse punishment for this former rich and opulent slave owner, is to now be an imprisoned servant for Ras Kalik and the tribe.

Herzog Zwei the Genesis a reknown Imperial/Akavirri battle-mage. His roots going back to Akavir through his mother’s bloodline. (His mother is descended from the Akaviri, through Versidue-Shae, and his Imperial father met her in Hakoshae, while traveling) Herzog earned the nickname "the Genesis" from his father as a child, as he was his mother's first born child, and last, as she tragically died in child-birth.

Herzog was seeking to purchase an artifact from Cinan Tharn, before their capture and was meeting Tyrus while in Rimmen, who introduced him to Cinan. This artifact being the Ayelid artifact; the sword Sinweaver. After their rescue and the exchange of gold to Cinan for the sword he decided to slip away before Ras Kalik could question who he was, and why the Akavir descendant really wanted that sword. Herzog was headed to Nagastani — An Ayleid ruin in eastern Cyrodiil. He had read in scrolls that the Sword would give him magical powers to meet his mothers spirit, if he performed an Ayleid ritual at an old shrine hidden there. Equipped with the artifact sword, he was off to start his own adventure but Ras Kalik, did indeed notice the sword however and instead sent a letter to Jux Blackheart (whom also was interested in Ayleid treasures), to attempt to find Herzog and acquire the sword. (*Azani Blackheart in Elder Scroll's Oblivion is Jux's descendant some 747 years later)

And so the Redguard, Imperial and Akaviri men parted ways ... While Ras Kalik went off to Elsweyr to encounter the latest threat to Tamriel, with Abnur Tharn and Sai Sahan - - DRAGONS!! Little did Ras Kalik know a few people were awaiting him in Senchal besides Sai. A necromancer survived his attack on the Withered Hand, while in Alik'r. The necromancer known as Auriek Siet'ka is also following him to the land of the Khajiits and Cacique the Sage of Ius a Shaman mystic who has become attuned spiritually with Tu'whacca (a Redguard God) and Ius (the Animal God), after being burned severely by the escaped dragons in Elsywer, is awaiting his arrival also. Aurik is a soldier of the Daggerfall Covenant that was introduced to necromancy while in the military, even though this magicka art is not spoken of openly by most of the Military leaders. He came to Alik'r and worked with the Withered Hand before Ras Kalik intervened on their plans. After the defeat of the Withered Hand, he aligned with the Worm Cult, and is constantly adapting and perfecting his necromantic arts.

After his journey to Rimmen, Kalik heads south to Senchal, in the southern regions of Elyswer. This new adventure will also put him on a path to meet a strange Redguard man. The stranger which was infected with an untreated Peyrite disease and also was the exiled from the Order of the New Moon cult, due to his sickness. He originally joined the cult to worship Laatvulon, the green dragon, mistakenly thinking it was the Daedric prince Peyrite. This confused and suffering cultist is known as Tsar al-Bomba and he is on a path to spread the disease. He was originally infected in Orccrest while recruiting members there. Can Ras Kalik and the shaman Cacique cure this poor soul, only time will tell. Little does Tsar al-Bomba know, that his infection is tied to Vampirism, and eventually the desire for blood will take over his mind. Senchal also offers Kalik his latest love interest... Aeliah. Whom he fondly led thru battles with the Dragonguard.

After the trek thru the heat, tropical and desert climate of Northern and Southern Elyswer, Ras Kalik heads north to the cold mountain range of Skyrim. His companion friend Lyris beckons for him with a letter sent by crow...

Movárth Piquine - a former vampire hunter (now infected), within the Fighter's Guild (and a secretive necromancer) was in Skyrim working with the Morthaal Guard. On a patrol mission he was caught in Frewien's ice curse outside of Morthaal with the frozen undead. Movárth's vampiric infection kept him from becoming an undead minion to the curse. He was able to use necromantic ice-magic to encase himself safely until he was freed with Freiwen, when the Vestige Ras Kalik broke the curse.

Uri Ice-Heart - brother of Urfon Ice-Heart. The twin sons of Atli and Oljourn Ice-Heart. The Ice-Heart family are originally from Markarth but now reside on the Jerall Mountain range near Cyrodiil, with their younger sister Araki. The twins had joined the Winterborn Reachmen while living in Markarth. Urfon pushed west to Orsinium with the Winterborn Clan, leaving his family behind. Uri stayed behind with his parents and sister to live in the family cabin for safety, avoiding the Vampire plague infiltrating the Reach. After news reaches him and he hears of Urfon's death... Uri leaves and heads home and is seeking vengeance. Meanwhile, his sister has also moved on to Windhelm to join the Fighter's guild. He will visit his sister, once before going to seek vengeance and she will craft him armor mixed with ice, called Stalhrim armor. Uri fearing death, after his brother's passing, falls victim to the convincing talk of Movárth at a Nordic tavern, and will also becomes a vampire.

Are you using combat metrics? or any other addons? LA Helper and Action Duration Reminder are useful.

Without seeing the parse it's hard to give you any advice at all. 14K is low, so the problem is less likely to be gear related and all in your rotation. A solid rotation is the best foundation for dps. Get that bolted down and gear will help boost it up, but even with all the best gear in the game, without a tight rotation, your dps will be low and stay low.

    edit:
OP posted cmx as I was writing my comment

Well, the good news is that you can make a lot of easy fixes here that will make big changes :)

    - Never, ever, ever use more than one of the same glyph. Ever. They share a global cooldown- that means that after one of your poison enchants activates, all three go onto cooldown and cannot be procced. With your setup, using three poison enchants is the same as using only one. Use either one poison glyph on you main hand and an absorb stam on your off-hand or use the poisons. Personally, I'd go with poisons. Get the weapon damage enchant on your bow, like, NOW.

    - I'm confused about why the build has you using Night Mother's Gaze- you're already applying Major Fracture using Noxious Breath, so the five-piece bonus is pretty useless to you. Use a different set. But more on that in a sec

    - Get a monster set. Even Krag'h (from Fungal Grotto 1) is going to be better than this setup. Selene is currently the meta, and it's not super hard to get, but Krag'h may be a good starter for you.

    - Hunding's is a really solid set, so keep that. Since Hunding's is craftable, I recommend getting/crafting the jewelry. It sounds like your sustain is OK, so craft in the Bloodthirsty trait and use with weapon damage enchants. That will interact nicely with your Whirling Blades execute

    - There are lots of good options for second sets. Briarheart is cheap if you buy the armor, so you could get that for a decent price. Same for spriggan's, though you may have issues going over the penetration cap in some cases. Check prices on Divines Deadly Strike body pieces too; that's a great set. Other sets to consider that will increase your DPS but aren't necessarily super good are Dragonguard Elite, Leviathan, and Unfathomable Darkness. A lot of people like Aegis Caller, but that comes from a DLC dungeon. Honestly, if you've got the gold I'd recommend purchasing Briarheart or Deadly.

    - Are you using weapon power potions, and do you have three points in the Medicinal Use passive under Alchamy? If not, get some of those pots and put those points in (that perk is super important)

    - For food, the gold standard parse food is Lava Foot Soup and Saltrice. If you're not parsing, use Dubious Cameron Throne. Artaeum Takeaway is really expensive, so I only use that for the most difficult content

    - With the Stone Giant x9, it's more important to stop and refresh your DoTs than it is to get all 9 casts in, at least IMO. Check your DoT uptimes.

It seems like a huge part of your problem stems from gear issues. I think you'll be able to boost your DPS quite a bit by changing that up, and then you can go from there :)

    1+i+just+used+a+gif+2+i+_ff4c6421d322b25db0c5c1650bdfa32c.jpg

Try to use something with stam reg and max stam. Most parse numbers are done with such a buff-food. But tbh, i prefer "live" numbers with max hp/max stam food.

You don't use Nirn in offhand. Pretty sure ALCAST, does not either. Also Infused 2h Offhand with weapon dmg glyph.

Altcast recommends using Damage Health Poisons IX on the front bar weapons instead of enchants. I have tried that It doesn't make much difference. Altcast also recommends using a Weapon Damage Enchant on the Bow. I haven't switched over to it yet.
It does, but not much more. I don't want to sound mean, but you should focus on things that can make a big impact in overall dps (for you) and not min/maxing at that level

My armor is all Violet Quality and follows the ALTCast Model:
    1. Head: Helmet of the Night Mother, Divine, Max Stamina Enchant (802 Stam)
    2. Shoulder: Arm Cops of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
    3. Chest (Heavy): Cuirass of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Health (882 Health) (Altcast now recommends a med chest w/ a Stamina Enchant)
    4. Hands (Med): Bracers of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stan)
    5. Waist (Med): Belt of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
    6. Pants (Med): Guards of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Stamina (802 Stam)
    7. Feet (Med): Boots of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
    8. Neck: Necklace of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
    9. Ring 1: Ring of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
    10. Ring 2: Ring of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
You go full medium as stamina. 7/0/0
Best "parse-dmg" will be done with bloodthirsty jewelry but with robust you are good. Depends on content/trials which traits are better/more effective.

    I follow ALTCast's Rotation:
Prebuff with: 3x Flames of Oblivion to proc Seething Fury (Molten Whip extra Weapon Damage)

Endless Hail > LA > Venomous Claw > LA > Flames of Oblivion > Weapon Swap

LA > Noxious Breath > LA > Barbed Trap > LA > 9x Stone Giant (with LA)

    Restart

    LA = Light Attack
    Reapply Deadly Cloak on cooldown.
At 25% Use Whirling Blades instead of Stone Giant. If you want to keep Stone Giant Stagger up, use it after every 3rd Whirling Blade cast.

Still not sure who this ALTCast person is. Maybe you should google for Alcast and read that guide more than only 1 time.

There are so many flaws that I am pretty sure that there have been made some mistakes in "reading".
Even if outdated, nirn has never been used in offhand ....

Read it again, watch the vid (if there is one). Don't just copy/paste builds but think about it -> Why is he/she using/doing that?

There are no infos about your CP or Mundus stone or your potions. Ah, there is a CMX screenshot now
Potion seems wrong, CP and mundus are looking fine.

And even if everything is done in the most efficient way, I am pretty sure you are not weaving LA correctly. My experience tells me, you should also look up how to do this correctly.

(EDIT: LA ratio of 0,578. More practice needed. You want to have at least 0,7-0,8+ --> assuming you LA weaved correctly and did not "spam some LA")

That build you are using looks like pre Summerset (to me). Look up something that is up2date.

    [snip]

    [edited for baiting]
Gitgud Try to practice, improve and get better. .... So much difference now ... *rolleyes* #resnip

Oh of course- take your time, I know I came at you with a wall of text. The only change that you absolutely need to make asap is the weapon enchant one, since three of the same is redundant. I'd check out the weapon power pots and your Medicinal Use perks too. The rest can be done incrementally but hopefully aren't too terribly difficult to do.

Someone once told me years ago that the 2 bits is the rhythm for weaving, and that has always worked for me. LA helper reports my ratio as ~0.8 LA per second. It's a silly tip, but it works for me ☺

Thanks for the tips. Speeding my pacing, using Lava Foot and-Salt-Rice, and using Damage Health Poison IX instead of weapons enchants moved me to 16.3K. With my work should I be able to press it past 20K with this gear?

Now that the pacing is faster I am stamina starved nearly the whole fight. I think that's the next thing too figure out. Beyond moving my Chest to Medium Armor do you have any tips? Thanks!!

Thanks for the comments, Lisutaris. I don't understand some of your points. Are you open to expanding?

You said, " you should focus on things that can make a big impact in overall dps (for you) and not min/maxing at that level"
Thank you. Do you mean I should not follow the ALTCast Build but should focus on my understanding each aspect of my build and how to best use it?

You said, "LA ratio of 0,578. More practice needed. You want to have at least 0,7-0,8+"
Thanks. How are you determining my LA Ratio? I don't see it on the display? Do you have a formula. I like the idea of improving my weaving, something I am always working on, having an available metric would be helpful.

The Essence of Weapon Power pot looks awesome. Thanks for the recipe. I'll craft some and try it.

    Thanks again for the reply.

Yeah, like you are missing the major buff from a weapon power buff (potion). Thats +20% more weapon power and if you look at your cmx window, way stronger than most of your "improvements" until now. I wanted to tell you : "Read up some detailled/explained builds". You want to understand the "basics" -> like weapon/spell power potions with additional crit rating, if needed.

Or why the shadow mundus is so good/strong. You could achieve bigger/better numbers with, let's say lovers mundus as you are sometimes below 50% critical chance (would change if you start using real potions :> then shadow would be better)

ESO, be it tanking healing or dd is very complicated/complex if you want to fully understand "everything". That's why I suggested to read up some basics first, as this makes it easier for you and everyone that wants to help.

Count/Sum up your light attacks (don't forget to include backbar light attacks). Look up your fighting time in seconds.

    LA(amount) / seconds = formula.
(why do you want to be close to 1,0 -> skills have a global cooldown , so you can't use another skill until then, but! light attacks/medium attacks/heavy attacks/bashing/blocking/dodge rolling are still possible. A ratio of 0,9 for example, would tell you that 90% of your light attacks were done without any additional time wasted, inbetween skills (you animation cancelled fine) and grants a higher overall dps as light attacks and fast paced gameplay will result in big numbers.
I am assuming that you only did 1 light attack before/after 1 skill. (correct LA weaving)

    EDIT:
As you can see on your cmx window, your LA are #1 in dmg. So, you should focus on supporting your #1-3 dmg output with CPs, Buffs, gameplay/practice/uptimes as good as possible. That's maybe not the most efficient/min-maxing way, but will grant you a lot higher dps. I am no big fan of just following "the best build" out there, it's even dangerous for overall dps sometimes if you are a beginner. Take it slowly ... try to be able to read/use cmx or similiar addons. It's best/most fun to play the game if you do it your own way and are still able to hit like a truck ;).
And that requires you to understand the basics and being able to improve builds and setups on your own.

Alcast guides are nice ones (as he is a good player), but he does (sometimes) not explain much and requires you to know basic stuff. So for a beginner, painful if you don't get alot of help.

If it is motivating you ... I think you will be able to get to ~25k (maybe 22k or 27k, depends on you  ) with your current CP/gear if you invest a little bit more time.
(with live buff-food and not parse food)

    Hope that was somehow insightful.
(and good luck, keep it up!)

Thank you! Very useful. Now working on my light attack weaving. I didn’t realize until now that I could go faster.

I’m still confused on my Stone Giant. So far I can’t figure out the pacing on it.

I hope that this doesn't contradict Lisu -since you DO want your LA per second ratio to be as high as possible *eventually*- but when you're learning all of this, it's more important to be ACCURATE than it is to be FAST- getting all of your LAs in is much more important and will result in higher DPS than speeding through your rotation and missing LAs or just going out of control and hitting a bunch of LAs in a row. When I was first learning, I was on a stamblade. The rotation involves the LA + spammable sequence a few times in a row. At first I tried to go as quickly as possible and would end up messing things up and just kind of flailing for a bit. When I slowed down and focused on feeling in control and getting the skills to line up correctly, my DPS went up by a significant amount. It seems counterintuitive to go slower, but if that's what you need to do to get the accurate rotation into muscle memory, do it. What helped me early on was to watch parse videos that the pros put out slowed down to 75% speed, then trying to match that pacing. Once I figured out the rotation at that speed I was able to speed it up. That's just what worked for me- I'd give it a try if you're struggling with feeling out of control.

On the contrary, I've assumed that this is already known. It's good that you explained that part too.

But like I've posted before, if there are buffs +20% weapon dmg or +crit chance missing (pots), adding these will result in way more overall dps. A 0,5 or 0,6 ratio is not great BUT you are already doing it, using LA weaving... so I would go for things that will increase the dmg by a bigger amount than having only 10-20% more LA damage.

If you have reached the point where you can't think of any improvements except getting better at your ratio and better at cancelling, then yeah, you're out of options and hopefully have fun hitting the target dummy for ages  like all of us.
