What gives ? Shouldn't it be the other way round ? I decided to try out the ultra settings to see how my game ran and porting from zone to zone ( collecting survey's ) was faster only took like 15 seconds per zone when usually its like 2 minutes

Guess higher the better or just the fact its early morning and no one is on so the game has to render less people ?
