I've seen some complaints about Proudspire, but I don't get it. Love the house, reminds me of Sleek Creek where it's small considering it gets 600 slots, which is a good thing IMO. You can really fill the home up pretty well. I've seen a couple other players Proudspires and it's always interesting to see what others do with the same space.
