Searching for off-meta PvE+PvP(BG) build ideas

Hey, I love playing offmeta and am tired of my current lineup (also I switched to NA so good time to make some new builds)

Im looking for inspiration, particularly with mag builds;

My EU main is a 28k dps frost magden that can easily deal out 1mill+ damage in BGs, can solo most non dlc vet dungeons, and usually outlives everyone including (bad) tanks in trials, and can offtank if offtank dies or we're running without one. All without much setup change (definitely no set changes).

I see "solo" builds like:

But when they say they can "survive" or "solo" anything, they show clips of soloing a public dungeon like thats some kind of epic challenge that people definitely couldnt do on a fresh level 3 character. They also dont mention how much "a lot" of damage is.

So, looking for inspiration

General things ive tried and enjoyed in the past:

Winterborn/necropot + Ice staff + Mothers sorrow + Ice furnace Magden
Silks of sun + zaan + spellweave magdk
Pillars of Nirn + Deadlystrikes/Blooddrinker/dro'zakars + kragh bleedstamsorc

The more offmeta the better, but still viable. I like good healing and good self sufficiency, no dependance on a specific group to be viable. If the build isnt tanky I like to have something that accounts for that, eg with my bleed build in pvp I use the rend ultimate healing to have periods of near invulnerabiltiy where I can go ham.

Try Natures Bounty on Xynodegaming.com, fun build and also the Yogi build hits like a truck. Might be some more there, give it a look over.

Hacks videos show him fighting at least world bosses, though even with his build you can solo the world bosses. Need to record footage of fighting dlc world bosses.

I'm a solo player, by the way. Favorite activities include PvP in Imperial City, sometimes vMA. I'm using the magplar to farm vDungeons and vArenas.

The meta is in transition. Perhaps check out a DOT DK using Master DW with a 2H backbar and possibly the Malacath ring for PvP.

I recommend Marauder's Haste + damage set of choice (I used New Moon Acolyte/Crafty Alfiq) greatsword/resto staff magblade.

You can get +75% movement speed in invisibility with shield up & major expedition (without Steed Stone or Ring of the Wild Hunt or Swift jewelry), and Annulment really bolsters your natural self-healing from light attacks, Steed Stone, and regeneration. When I played it, it was a fast-paced build with good group heals that was hard to catch. Would often play as a healer on backbar while building up Grim Focus stacks and ultimate. Easy 100k healing. Not sure how it'd do in this glass cannon battlegrounds meta, or what skill adjustments it'd need.

REALLY satisfying to dunk people with Onslaught on a mag build, especially from invis. Easily the main draw of this build, with the mobility second.

I made a really fun stamsorc build once:

5x Curse of Doylemish
5x Widowmaker (2h front with poison)
2x Zaan
Master axes backbar

Rotation
- Set FG trap in the nearest corner
- silver leash the nearest magsorc or sniperblade into your trap -
- Heavy attack barswap rending slashes (at this point half their Hp should be gone)
- Light attack execute with frontbar 2h Until poison fires.
- If they are somehow still not dead finish them off with Soul assasult and let zaan do the rest

Its an extremely fun playstyle that kills everything, except probably necros but still 😂
