    It's an international contest. Several countries have laws regarding cash prizes that Zenimax cant abide by them all, so they have to be excluded.

    I see virtual credits.

    They are having no issues billing my credit card, tax included tho.

    Different countries have different laws regarding sweepstakes and prizes. If it's not available in your country it's probably because they legally can't.
