Hello guys and good day!

I've been having this problem for almost a week now. So I've recently bought a new SSD and want to transition from using SSD from my old HDD. So now I formatted my laptop. I did a clean installation of my OS and drivers to my new SSD. Redownloaded steam and ESO and did a clean installation as well. Now every time I play on fullscreen sometimes I have to tabbed out from time to time to search web and open stuff up on discord. So randomly my game crash from some unknown reason when I tab out. could be just as I login or after minutes or hours of playing. I already tried playing without anything running in the background but still get that crash. Another thing I tried or problem I have is when I switch to widowed mode or windowed fullscreen. Whenever I do that I can still hear the game running in the background but the game shows black screen and force close in it taskmanager.

So now I've already sent a ticket [Incident: 200611-001896] but the response I get are the ones they already have on the crash issue tab in the support page. All of those have not fix my problem. One solution I've tried was creating a new Account in my OS. So when I launch the game it is automatically in windowed mode and ran smoothly. But when change something in the ingame settings like from fullscreen to windowed mode, it reverts back to my previous problem.

Please help I've been trying to search for my problem in the internet but have not found anything.
