Dragonstar arena loot bug or intended?

So been farming the arena on normal for some dw axes and I noticed for the snb+dw sets I’m only gettting 1 item to drop on final chest. So half the set either a shield or weapon and for dw just 1 weapon. At first I thought that was weird but it kept happening so I just thought maybe first time you get set both drop then after only one. However all of a sudden on a run I got a full dw set and then after that only half again.
My brain might be fried I’m 30+ runs in without getting an axe but is it intended or a bug? I did make a video showing final chest but not posting it until I know it’s not just how it is.

This has happened fairly frequently to me and to my group members. I've had the no loot bug once and missed a dw weapon at least 4 times and several more times on the snb
Someone please explain or someone at Zos help!

Should be good! Hopefully someone can investigate this for you. It’s been very frustrating to say the least and caused a lot of tension between group members. People felt that they were being cheated or that someone was being dishonest when they got empty chest or half a set.
I’ve run it an insane amount of times since Wednesday 30+ 11 runs alone yesterday and can confirm a majority of my dw and snb drops are half sets. Empty chest only happened to me once personally but has happened several other times within the course of runs to other players. Also can confirm snb/dw glitch has happened to other group members as well. Weirdly enough both my first ever snb and dw came intact but subsequent runs started popping out half sets. So it lead me to believe for a while that was intended hence why I asked before posting videos. (Wednesday was my first ever dsa)
Anyway thank you again for the response means a lot since this has been driving me insane all weekend! I’m going to put a rest to dw axe farming now until you guys have a look at what’s happening.
Will definitely be monitoring the thread closely.
Ahh one more thing I want to mention. All the runs were on normal. I was just grinding for axes so path of least resistance or so I thought. This problem may or may not exist on vet.Edited by emsuperman24 on June 15, 2020 3:58PM0 -

Excellent! Thanks for the speedy reply. May I be able to submit a support ticket or do something to receive dw axes now that it’s a confirmed bug? Over the course of those runs I had 5 or 6 half dw sets drop and countless other half sets for my guildIes who were helping me.
Anything you can do that could help would be greatly appreciated. It was a exhausting grind that netted me a set of everything except what I wanted and it’s directly related to the bug that what I needed didn’t drop.0
