Is there a Character based 1 Hour Lead Cooldown for Gold and above

There has been a lot of speculation in zone and in my guilds that there may be a 1 Hour character cooldown on getting a gold lead (or above).

Is this just fiction or is there some truth in this?

If there is a 1 hour character cooldown then would be good to know as its easy to swap to another character

Definitely not. I've got many within 5 minutes of each other. It's simply luck.

No, I've gotten gold lead from Blacksheart haven back to back, about 5 minute runs.

Its good to know its purely RNG even if it may seem RNG does not like you sometimes

I've also gotten back-to-back gold leads on the same character.

But I have heard of some leads being easier the first time and harder after. Moons-blessed Ceremonial Pool, in particular. Hard to say if it's legit. I definitely got my first way quicker than my second so far

did u drop two Moons-Blessed Ceremonial Pool ? Ive been trying to get a second one for 5 days now so i suspect its bugged.

I've spent ~5x as much time farming the second than the first so far, and it hasn't dropped. It might not be bugged, but intentionally low, or intentionally easier the first time given its unusually specific drop method (which would be nice).

Meanwhile, I've gotten 4 Seats of the Snow Prince >_>

I got my first Lead from 30 Urns or so in Moonlit Cove. The second one took over 600 (I got over 600 Lockpicks in my bags from looting so many Urns, but since many Urns dropped other loot not Lockpicks I can't know for sure how many I opened). I thought it was bugged for sure, but then it eventually dropped. No idea if such an insane variation between drop chances is supposed to be normal...

I got the Mythic Lead in Betnikh 3 times for example, 2 of them within the same 20 minutes, before I got the golden Lead for the drum furnishing. But I know guildies who farmed for 4 hours with no Mythic Lead at all.

So yeah I'd also like to know if there is some secret droprate-RNG mechanics behind the scenes, or if it's totally random.
