I'd love to support ESO but I am worried it will be more facerolling of mob groups with a couple button presses like the rest of my ESO experience has (mostly) been.

Difficultly is the same, moreso on the easy side if anything. If you faceroll stuff rn, you will absolutely continue to do so in Western Skyrim.
In fact with the new vampire Blood Mist, you can build for reduce spell cost, put on some Magicka return sets (Spell Parasite, Hollowfang, False God, etc) and go afk while the game plays itself.... not joking.
As for other stuff.... Antiquities is a massive grind. Rewards consist of six mythic gear items, furnishings, and some motifs. Main questline is pretty bad. The random zone quests are alright. Other DLCs/Chapters did a much better job. Kyne’s Aegis has trash sets all around too so you aren’t missing anything there.
Greymoor is simply the worst chapter so far and truly lacks polish. It feels unfinished with the amount of bugs present.
If you’re considering skipping a chapter then this is the best one to avoid.

You know extreme scores on metacritics usually go both ways...
