Stam not regening?

Anyone else having stam regen issues. On a Public dungeon boss I ran a cmx and even though without potions I have 1300+ my regen was only 598. Had the same problem last night all night on a Stam DK

RandomKodiak✭✭✭✭✭Ok it seems it is Arteum is the issue because if I switch to Dubious I have no issues. Would love if anyone else could test and submit a bug report if they have the same issue.0
