    I can say for certain this has never happened to me, but I do play on PC.

    What you should do is send that picture, with the frequency (and if you can remember), the time when these have happened to support to see if they can help you.

    Ranting on the forums, especially as this is the general forum and not even the support one, will get you very little more than sympathy.

    @Vietfox If you are having issues with your game launching or loading screens, please submit a ticket here so a member of Support can review it. Provide as much detail as you can so the issue can be properly looked into.

    Load-screens interacting with almost anything (NPCs, nodes, crafting tables); stutter / lag / roll-back pause, then appear where I was standing 60 seconds ago; DCs every 5 minutes walking around in a vanilla zone with no other players around - then it has the nerve to give me the error message "check internet connectivity."

    What. Is. Going. On???

    If you haven't already maybe try rebuilding the database after you delete the game, make sure to delete saved data too. If that doesn't work I wonder if it could possibly be the disc?
