Excavating mythisc leads bugged on xbox

I'm sure I saw this was a bug on PC.
The item isn't where it should be. It's a few squares over.
You can still do them (I just got malacath ring of brutality), but it's incredibly frustrating and I can see some players struggling.
Once you understand what you need to do you can get it after 3 or 4 attempts.
Any idea when it'll be fixed?
I'm assuming it's a bug and not design anyway, as you'll get get the item even though the chest is half covered.
