For the interested the patch is already avaiable for download on ps4 and its 58.262 gb for me

    Yup, same here on Xbox.
    Ebonheart Pact, Nord Templar/healer on NA Xbox server. My main toon WAS a tall and foxy redhead - now she has been gamma-irradiated and has green skin and black hair. 3 other characters I only use for writs. Can't be bothered to create multiple toons - EXCEPT now my WW is getting spooled up for Cyrodiil - Blood For The Pact! IRL cranky sometimes redhead chick at large in Las Vegas, NV

    The're usually dropped while the servers are updating.

    May seem a daft question, but I play on PC, the Mrs on Xbox.

    On her Xbox there is no patch available to download, yet as above others are already downloading, we are in EU.

    Any idea why she has nothing to download as yet ?

    You need to try to access the game, then it promts the update. Its not auto.

    I had to quit the game, and restart the Xbox, for the update to show in the download queue.

    For the record, I did that after googling and finding Zeni's own help file saying to do just that:

    Servers are live again (well, Xbox at least), and the game tries to play a cinematic after choosing your server. My game crashed about 3 seconds into the cinematic. No cinematic when logging in again. :( Anyone have a youtube link to it? :)

    Idk if the Xbox store is similar to psn at all but inside the psn store you can watch the cinematic u could try that

    I am on PC so it might be different, but on the PC when at the character selection screen there is an option to "Play Cinematic". If you have that option it should play it.

    I think PS store is being finicky. I hit the Upgrade link in-game at menu and a psn message saying "content unavailable" pops up while trying the link.

    Reset your console Pat your head and rub your belly at the same time turn it back on search by Greymoor in the store that’s how I was able to buy it

    Well, I found the digital upgrade by manually searching the PS store, but there's no collectors edition :D Edit: Belay that. I am an idjit.

    Each time I try to log a new character, it either crash-quits to dashboard, or to infinite load screen and I have to restart the game anyway. So far, so brutal.

    I am unable to upgrade to play Greymoor. Whether I go through Collections/Stories/Chapter/Greymoor or try either of the routes from the Character load screen all I get is a message saying: "This content cannot be selected at this time."

    (PS4, both servers.)

    Always fun to see the opposite type of person, as soon as I saw a cinematic I cringed and spammed the controller, no no no no I dont wanna see that let me in the game lol

    It jumps between them quite a bit. Takes several hours.

    Too bad the PS4 system wasn't designed better so these could be streamed down better and prepped without requiring such a long time to play when a big update comes.

    Nonsense! It is automatic. I went to bed last night, leaving my Xbox power supply on. When I got up this morning the update was downloaded and installed.
