weapon swap and slotted ability bonuses and advancement
Do the passive abilities that increase depending on how many abilities of that type you have slotted only count your active hotbar or both of them? And does experience go towards just the active bar or both of them?
I assume probably only the active one, but both would be nice lol

Exp goes only towards the active bar as far as I've seen. You can swap bars during the battle to get exp for both."Do you want the book or not? Then go whack some people with Wabbajack!!"0 -
