cannot log inm for a week now?

anyone esle having this problem? sent in ticket-no response. would appreciate any help (am gaining some ground fighting covid)

    Okay, so PC then? Do you have your ticket number? If so, post that; perhaps @ZOS_BillE can take a look at some point. Now, other questions: has anything changed with your machine, your internet company and/or connection? And what error are you seeing when you can't connect?

    nothing has changed with any of that. have gone through whole list zos suggests and still cannot log in. no error message. just goes into log in screen and finally boots me-over and over

    I wasn't banned and cannot log in to PC EU at all since Greymoor dropped, so maybe it could be the same issue.

    I didn't even bother sending a ticket in since I know the problem won't be resolved, and no error even displays (likely a database problem). I have seen that it's not just me...

    ZOS really should take these issues and bugs seriously because if not, it can cause a huge disaster...

    Ignoring a problem until it is catastrophic is exactly how you fall into financial ruin.

    this is NA server. and prior to falling ill all was fine. was off about a week befor i felt maybe i could do a few crafting writs

    About the only other thing I can think of is if you have port forwarding done as set out on this page:

    If so, are you sure your router is still set up that way? My new router doesn't need that to happen, but boy the old one did.

    happend to me on release day, and on patch day... patcher didnt not did the job rights... i have to wipe / delete my game folder and redownloads

    Don't worry, it could be much worse, my Xbox EU account has now been completely stuck for 1 year and 3 months after 3 days. Seems these account destroying events happen after some bigger download, the Wrathstone absolutely demolished my account, after that it's all over, everything goes on just like usual, but only you simply just won't login anymore and your account is gone just like that. Think about the situation where you'd get this idea of suddenly deleting all your characters and giving all your stuff away, the result is quite the same as getting your account permastuck, would you do it?

    I am having somewhat similar problems, eso quits after log in before character page. I have done everything suggested-repaired 10 times, reinstalled twice, mods deleted, 3 days ago i played for a few hours then logged off for about 3 hours tried to log back in but thats when it started. sent in my ticket with both reports, i know its been busy but i have been a player since the beginning and it kills me not to be able to play! ticket#200610-009753. hopefully i can get this fixed so i can play

    ok so bethesda is telling me the game does not support my HD card which makes no sense because i have been playing up until and including wednesday 6/10 i have had no problems with new content and yet when i tried to log back in that day , thats when it started. Bethesda refuses to help stating they do not support HD card , i am a long time plus member and this is so unfair! can someone help me?
